"Visualize your parents in front of you, behind them your grandparents, behind them your great-grandparents and all your ancestors. Include uncles, aunts, uncles and great uncles and aunts...

To each of them and you say:

"Today, I want to honor my whole family, especially my ancestors.I come from you! You are my origin. By arriving before me, you have made my path easier. Today, I give you a place in my life, in my heart and in the family system.

Today, I honor you: Those who left and those who stayed.

Abusers and abuses.

The good and the bad.

The rich and the poor.

Those who have failed and those who have succeeded.

To the healthy and the sick.

To those I knew and to those I didn't.

Those who succeed and those who fail.

I pay tribute to all of you, especially those who have been excluded for some reason.

I wouldn't be here if you hadn't come before me.

I carry you all with me in every step I take and in every thing I do.

From today, every step I take with my right foot, I will do it with my Father and my Father's entire family.

Every step I take with my left foot, I do it with my mother and my mother's family, respecting the destinies of all.

I ask you to give me your blessing to be the healthiest, most prosperous, most loved, most loving, and most abundant person in the world.

I will do so in your honor by holding high my last name and roots.
