Reiki means “universal life force.”
Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Reiki is energy, it can be sent anywhere, to anyone, as long as the practitioner has the confirmation, the permission, of the client to receive Reiki.
Reiki helps calm one's self on an energetic level. It works on a subtle energy body, and your subtle energy body is the aura that surrounds you and serves as your emotional guidance system.
A remote session can be done on video call, or without necessary technology, according to an agreed time (while respecting the time zone). The practitioner can have a picture, on simply focusing of the name of the client, visualizing the location and the soul state of the client. Reiki Distance is effective to receptive, open-minded, open-hearted receiver of Reiki Energy. Namasté
