When you feel a lot of negative energy around you, whether at work or at home, you can simply cover your belly button with your hand.

When someone quarrels with you, leaves you with a feeling of sadness, receives negative energies or you are in a "heavy" environment where you start yawning too often, you feel that your body begins to weaken, close your navel with one hand, discreetly, and you will see how the bad feelings that this place or person was sending, suddenly stopped.

The navel is the first part created after conception and is connected to the mother's placenta by the umbilical cord.

The region where our navel is located is the "umbilical plexus".  The four fingers above the navel are the "solar plexus".

It houses one of the most important chakras, the root chakra, which is responsible for capturing the energy of those around it. By closing the navel, these energies will not be captured.

When you don't trust a place or person you need to meet, cover your belly button with a bandage.

You will feel much stronger, and the negative energies of people or environments will not reach you.

It is a good tip to remember at all times. Blessings of serenity.
