Reconnecting to the Highest Frequency: Love 

Sensing subtle energy may seem mysterious at first — especially if you’ve never explored this invisible dimension. Yet everyone holds this innate ability: the capacity to feel energy, to sense the life force that flows within and all around us.

We are energy. Every thought, emotion, and intention creates a vibration that shapes our well-being, our alignment, and our connection to life itself.

And yet, so often, fear blocks this perception.

Fear of judgment. Fear of being “too sensitive” or “not spiritual enough.” Fear of what we might discover within.

These fears act as veils, dimming our natural light and disconnecting us from our essence.

To release fear is to return to love.

To return to love is to reconnect to the highest frequency in the universe — the one that heals, harmonizes, and awakens consciousness.


Developing Your Energetic Sensitivity — A Path Back to Love

Feeling energy is not a special power reserved for a few. It is a natural capacity within every human being — waiting to be remembered.

Energy practitioners simply reconnect to their own sensitivity. By listening deeply and remaining present, they can sense subtle flows, blockages, and vibrations within and around others.

Developing this sensitivity is the first step on the path of energy awareness — the path of awakening love, trust, and connection with the living energy of all things.


A Simple Exercise to Begin Feeling Energy

Here is a gentle, accessible practice to help you awaken your awareness of energy and begin to feel it between your hands.

1. Prepare your body and mind

Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

Take a few deep, slow breaths, allowing your abdomen to rise and fall.

Relax your mind with a short meditation or visualization.

🕊️ When the body is tense or stressed, subtle sensations become blocked. Relaxation allows your inner perception to awaken.

2. Activate your energetic centers

Rub your palms together gently for a few seconds.

Feel the warmth that arises.

Focus on any sensations — tingling, pulsing, or vibration.

Your hands are natural energy receptors. Rubbing them activates circulation and awakens your sensory awareness.

3. Play with the energy between your hands

Hold your palms facing each other, about 8 inches (20 cm) apart.

Slowly move them closer, then apart, like an invisible accordion.

Notice what you feel — resistance, warmth, coolness, or a magnetic pull.

You can also visualize a ball of light forming between your palms, expanding and contracting with your breath.

✨ Don’t force the sensations — let them come naturally. Some feel them right away; others take time. The key is patience and presence.

4. Deepen and refine your sensitivity

Practice daily, even for a few minutes.

Write down what you feel — the texture, temperature, vibration, or emotional tone of the energy.

Observe how your sensations change depending on your state of mind, time of day, or emotional energy.

With time, you’ll begin to sense not only energy between your hands, but also its flow through your body and within others.

Everyone has an energy body — chakras, meridians, and subtle fields that extend beyond physical form.

Your awareness is a muscle: the more you train it, the more refined it becomes.
